Though going the dealership route can be expensive, I know I can trust my Honda with any Honda service department. Also, the service here is fast and friendly.
I highly recommend Taylor Reeve and Kimberly Moore. I connected with this dealership through an internet inquiry with Kim. Kim was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Since I was coming from 4 hours away, she graciously put the car on hold for me so it wouldn't sell while I was driving. When I arrived, Kim introduced me to Taylor. I had a terrible experience the previous day with a dealer in another state, so I came in with my guard up and I was upfront with Taylor about that fact. Taylor put me to rest immediately and it was easy to trust her and put my guard down. She listened to what I wanted and worked to get it done quickly and without a hassle. She was friendly and easy to work with. I walked out of there with a car that I love. They also washed my car and filled my tank. It was an absolutely fabulous experience and I will plan to do any future business with Taylor. I highly recommend her to all!

At the age of 73 I have purchased many cars in my lifetime. Those past purchases are like having a tooth pulled. Reluctant to go, unpleasant experience and hoping not to return. My experience at Wilsonville Honda was the 180 degree reverse. My initial contact was with Kimberly Moore in internet sales. She was timely, efficient and answered all my questions in a easily understandable method. In my mind I was already ready to purchase. My second experience was with Gaylen Cashmoore. She showed me the truck, explained all the features, took me on a test drive and reconfirmed all of Kimberly's numbers for purchase. I bought the truck within one hour of test drive. I live a considerable distance from the dealer. Arrangements were made to pick me up at Union Station to return to Wilsonville to pick up my truck. These folks go out of their way to make a vehicle puchase a pleasant experience. Thank you to the staff.
We did lots of research before deciding that the Honda CRV would be the best vehicle for us. We knew we were going to buy from Wilsonville Honda (heard great things about this dealership) When we decided to purchase our new vehicle, we went to Wilsonville Honda, where we were helped by the kindest and most knowledgeable sales person, Anastasia. We were going to walk the Camino in April so we didn’t want to pick up the Honda until June 28, 2019. We had a certain color and interior that we wanted along with a particular model. Anastasia did all the paperwork and answered many questions. During all of this she asked us if we would like to trade our pickup truck in. Wow, we hadn’t even thought of that. She arranged for us to drop the truck off at Wilsonville Honda, on our way to the airport, on April first. Anastasia e-mailed a couple times during our time in Europe so that we could be kept up to date on the Honda’s progress. It was on the assembly line when we left the country. On our arrival, to the states on June 28, we took an Uber from the airport to Wilsonville Honda, to pick up our new car! Everything went so smooth. Jason, in financing, was the last person we dealt with, and he was pleasant and patient with us, as we gave him 3 different forms of down payment. Didn’t phase him at all. What a pleasure to do business with a company and employees with integrity. If, for any reason, we find ourselves needing another vehicle, wilsonville Honda and Anastasia, We Will Be Back. ??
