Taylor was awesome. She was very responsive and knowledgable. She really listened to what we needed and wanted. She also work with us in lieu of a finance manager to get us exactly what we needed. She took her time in showing us all the functions or bells and whistles on the car. She even help set up our cell phones to the car. Taylor was very thorough and very professional. It was best buying experience we have encountered.

Came to Wilsonville first, attracted by "no hassle" pricing. Overall experience was very good, and I would recommend them. All staff involved were very helpful and friendly.... Rainer, Josh, and especially Anastasia. She was very pleasant and "went the extra mile" to show us how the features worked. This is our first car with touch screen and phone connectivity. I enjoyed working with Gaylen on two car purchases and a car sale. The first purchase was easy as after sitting in every SUV at the Auto Show, I decided to buy a sports car. Gaylen helped me with my purchase of a really cute resale Solstice I still enjoy driving. Taylor reached out to me after I sent an online inquiry about a HR-V. She gave me the option to respond via email, text or phone and I really appreciated that. I had to hold off for a week to come up for a test drive and she remembered to touch base when I was available and was able to schedule a meeting that was convenient to me. One of the best experiences I have ever had at dealer's service department. From the time I called to make the appointment, to dropping it off, and picking it up. I myself work in the auto field. My experience at Parker Johnstone's began in January '20, when I needed quite a bit of work done on my 2000 Honda Accord. I talked with service manager Jose Moreno after I sent him a email. He made it well lets say he should never have called. So after he called and it was very bad.Parker Johnstone’s Wilsonville Honda did more than make thing right. I feel that went 200% in resolving my issue.
