Caitlin Johnstone
cjohnstone@wilsonvillehonda.com

Caitlin is Wilsonville Honda's graphics artist, "codemonkey," grammatical editor, and short-order-promotional-materials-creator, as well as the person typing out everyone's bio - including my own, so I'm switching to first person. I'm sort of awesome and I like chocolate cream pie, thunderstorms, animals, Nintendo, and my enviably great hair. My blog is at wildsnorlax.wordpress.com.
Anne Thomason

Jim has a degree in economics from the University of Texas, 8 years of experience in auto sales, and 15 years in banking. He has a 19-year-old son currently attending college. He likes to golf and loves football and basketball.

See what our customers are saying about Jim....

11/7/2009 ETHAN - Very good experience.

9/15/2009 JOYCE - Jim Armstrong is an outstanding and honest sales representative; the finance manager was above board and did not pressure us. We shop exclusively at Wilsonville Honda. Understand, if pressured, we leave and do not return. Time was taken to make sure we knew our options, costs, and given a test drive. We got the car WE wanted.

5/18/2009 JOHN - Jim Armstrong was very good, not pushy at all and suggested we get internet quote.

3/23/2009 RICHARD - We bought this vehicle only 3 days ago. So far my comments are favorable. Buying a new car is always a hassle. This purchase was less hassle than usual.

3/19/2009 SCOTT - Truly amazing purchasing experience.

1/31/2009 JENE - Overall very good to work with.

11/18/2008 MARK - This is the 2nd Honda we bought from Wilsonville Honda in the last year. Great buying experience, enjoy their approach to the customer, easy to negotiate a deal, no pressures.

11/14/2008 KATHRYN - You should investigate Jay Lee. I had a horrible experience and that is very rare for me when buying a car. my dealer was wonderful. the salesman, Jim, was very easy going, interesting to talk to, attentive, nopre ssure. had a great experience.

3/5/2009 KENNETH - We were very impressed that the CEO Parker Johnstone himself took the time to walk over and talk to us while we were in the dealership.

2/23/2009 CHRISTOPHER - Great dealership! I was very impressed with how great this dealership was. Especially for the kids. I loved the extra playroom that was very helpful while trying to purchase the car while having the kids there.

Bob Cittadini
bob.cittadini@gs.reyrey.com

Bob has an extensive background in the travel industry, but his real passion has always been cars. His east coast background provides the perfect yang to our west coast yin.

See what our customers are saying about Bob....

1/14/2010 KATHLEEN - The best car purchasing experience I have ever had. Everyone was professional, customer service oriented and friendly.

12/19/2009 MELINDA - I really appreciated Bob's (my salesman's) no pressure approach. I felt that he was there to help me buy a car, not to sell me one. I also communicated via e-mail with Larry, the Internet sales manager, and found him to be very open about the prices, and he even volunteered invoice prices to me. I used that data in negotiations with my local Honda dealer, but they couldn't get close enough to the deal offered by Parker Johnstone Honda. I'm very satisfied with the dealership so far - I'm even taking the car back to their service department for the free 30-day check, even though they're 80 miles away.

12/28/2009 DIXIE - Very pleased with the overall experience. Not too much sales pressure. Impressed with the financing option and the ability to get the payment to an acceptable amount. Also pleased with the speed at which the payment amount was reached - Hugo didn't come back with several offers that were higher than what he said he could get so I would go with a larger payment. He came out with a payment about $5 more than he said he would (said $300/month, first offer was $306). That was basically what sold the Element - if he would have come back with a payment any higher than that, I would have left the dealership and looked elsewhere. Also, the owner was going around working on computers. I found him to be very personable, friendly and easy to speak to. Meeting him was very different from my experiences meeting other dealership owners in my area. The others have been very sales-oriented.

9/7/2009 NANCY - This dealership was recommended to me by my manager who lives in the Portland area and has purchased vehicles from them. I was extremely pleased with not only their prices but the staff and facility, too, which were very comfortable/nice. I drove the extra distance from Corvallis to check them out, and it was well worth it!!

7/20/2009 KAREN - I chose Parker Johnstone because of their good reputation and they lived up to it to the fullest. They have a wonderful sales staff and are very polite and friendly. Also, the financial part of it was quick and to the point. We were able to close in a short amount of time I am very glad I went there and am very pleased with my Honda EX-L.

7/11/2009 SHEILA - I had an excellent experience with Wilsonville Honda in purchasing the new Honda Civic. I've purchased from Honda of Salem in the past and had a good experience there as well, but when we (my daughter and I) visited this time to look at both new and late model used cars the salesman seemed condescending and not too interested in us as buyers, so we dealt with Wilsonville Honda instead, where the salesman was very courteous and helpful, and the pricing was fair and upfront.

6/29/2009 VIPIN - I was very happy with the straightforward, honest and hassle-free negotiation process and the general atmosphere at the Wilsonville Honda dealership. I was particularly happy with Mr. Bob Cittadini, Mr. Gene Luther (who were the sales people I was in touch with) and Mr. Jim Smith (who helped me with the loan paperwork, warranty information etc.). I have been to various other Honda dealerships in and around Portland, OR both for researching my own purchase and with friends for their purchases and I would rate my experience with Wilsonville Honda as the best I have had! I would definitely recommend Wilsonville Honda to my family and friends. In fact, I have already recommended two of my friends who are looking to buy a Honda. Yours, Vipin

6/8/2009 CHRISTOPHER - We had a great experience with Parker Johnstone Honda, it was a quick and easy sale, everything was presented up front before we filled out the finance application. Easiest sale that we have ever had. We will definitely be back for our next new Honda .We did have a great experience with this dealership, in fact it was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Thank you!!

6/13/2009 CURTIS - All told my wife and I appreciated the way we were treated. At no time did we feel pressured. The entire experience was conducted in a relaxed atmosphere. Our requests were handled with a sense of customer satisfaction.

5/4/2009 MARK - Wilsonville Honda got my purchase in 20 minutes because they: 1) did not lie about their inventory. 2) agreed to a competitive price online and offered the same quote on the phone.

4/11/2009 MARK - The sales manager took the extra time to find out if she could get me the color car I was looking for. We were willing to go looking for it but she did the work for us and made a trade with another dealership to get it for us. We really appreciated that.

3/28/2009 MARGIE - I had also purchased a Ridgeline a couple of years ago, so this was not my first experience with this Honda dealership. Different salesperson, as the earlier one had moved. I turned in a Mercedes 500SL on this car, opting for 4 cylinders instead of 8. This will be the first time in 40 years that I have not owned a
Mercedes.

3/26/2009 MAUREEN - I was most impressed by the fact the dealership was clean and very spacious. I had first heard of Wilsonville Honda on the radio and from a friend who bought her Honda from them. I live in Lake Oswego so this dealership isn't the closest to me, but the drive is worth it. Friendly staff, and best of all - NO
PRESSURE!

2/28/2009 TRINITY - Parker Johnstone’s Wilsonville Honda is great. The service department is outstanding and the technicians are top notch keep up the good work. Thank you, Eric.

1/22/2009 DAWN - I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this dealer to anyone who is car shopping.

2/16/2009 LISA - - We felt very comfortable buying our Honda from the Wilsonville Honda dealership. We had heard that they don't pressure you to buy and they were very friendly from the moment we walked into the sales room. Compared to the other dealership (Tonkin Gresham Honda) which is way closer to us physically, we
decided to travel over 30 min. to come to Wilsonville Honda to purchase our car.

8/3/2009 MICHELLE - I loved that there was NOT any pressure to purchase quickly.

11/24/2009 RACHEL - Merry was AMAZING to work with! She made things just a breeze and she took in every word I said and got me in the exact car I wanted! 9/28/2009 JOSE - I enjoyed working with the Staff in sales and service. I purchased some after market add-ons and was very well treated by the service staff.

9/10/2009 DAVID - Very easy to deal with there was some communication problems on when our vehicle would arrive and the time for us to pick up. but not a huge deal. will recommend this dealer to others. we appreciate a dealer who did not pressure us ,.. and when we need another car we are coming back... wonderful people from sales to parts outstanding, Dave.

8/10/2009 JON - We will return to Parker Johnstone Honda. They are helpful and do not pressure you into anything you do not want. We appreciate that.

7/8/2009 JAN - I bought a new car because of the CARS program. Parker Johnstone Honda was willing to make a deal before they had the final details of the program and they were very open and informative about all where things stood and what risks I was taking. I very much appreciated their willingness to go ahead as I felt the program would be popular and it would be in my best interest to finalize a deal early. I also appreciated how they kept me informed as new info came in.

6/23/2009 RON - The best dealer I have ever been at. My wife and I felt right at home. The only thing we missed that day was doughnuts. They went out of their way to get us the perfect car, a 2010 EX Red Insight

"Dr." Nick Romo, Finance Manager
nromo@wilsonvillehonda.com

Nick is entirely absurd. When given a form asking about previous professional experience, he listed a total of 28 different jobs. They included things like "ninja" and "bull rider," and half of them were spelled wrong ("arkiologist"). He also apparently "lives in a van down by the river." We really don't know what to do about Nick... But seriously, Nick is one of the best in the business at meeting the needs of our customers for all their financing and insurance requirements.

dberry@wilsonvillehonda.com

Dave has 20 years of service management experience and loves traveling. He has a wife, Mardi; two daughters, Erin and Jamie; and four grandchildren, Keegan, Parker, Carson, and Carlie.

See what customers are saying about Gene.....

1/18/2010 MOIR - We had a very positive experience with the sales person Gene Luther. He spent time, was well informed and was very willing to help us decide in what was available and our needs. Hugo the manager was also very warm personable and helpful. We went back to the dealership since the staff and center is very pleasant. Our friends have had similar experiences. Thanks so much.

8/28/2009 RON - Wilsonville Honda will be the only place we purchase car from now on-Everyone from the receptionist to the sales guy to the service dept. people were kind friendly and knowledgeable. There was no pressure and they really listened to what we needed. They are the best dealership we have ever worked with. My husband used to sell cars, and he was impressed with their integrity and said he would have stayed in car sales if he had worked at a place like Wilsonville Honda.

5/31/2009 BARRY - Great staff and facility. Love my new Civic Hybrid. Will recommend using this dealer to others.

5/31/2009 ANDREA - I had a good experience with the dealership Wilsonville and I would recommend them to my Friends.

5/23/2009 JOHN - Liked how the car was ready the day we came in. People were friendly and let our 6 year old explore all the cars. Told friends about the Indy Car at the dealership.
.
5/25/2009 SCOTT - The dealership I ended up with (Parker Johnstone) offered me great, direct quotes, took me out in the car I exactly wanted, didn't dicker over the price, didn't waste my time, was accommodating and informative and had a sales team (my manager and the finance manager) who were outstanding in understanding my current needs. No hassle, no major push. Just a simple transaction. I feel I was treated fairly, given the push for sales for Honda and all other cars during Memorial Day in any dealership. At Wilsonville Honda, there was no strong-arming, no push and no non-sensible negotiations. I went in post-email and phone, and the entire transaction occurred within an hour. Great staff, great sales manager and great finance manager. I'd recommend anyone who is looking for a Honda! Cheers.

4/30/2009 TONY - The salesperson (Gene) did a great job! I didn't feel any pressure to buy my Honda Pilot. I usually do not fill out surveys, but he deserves recognition for this sale. I could have purchased from a closer dealership in town, but decided to drive 30 minutes out of town in 5:00pm traffic because of his professionalism.

Larry Skreen, Internet Manager
larry.skreen@gs.reyrey.com

Larry was a PGA Golf professional for 20 years and earned the title of Oregon PGA Champion in 1986. His wife, Denise, works in the car business. He has four sons: one graduating from Cal Poly with a degree in mechanical engineering in June; one a sophomore at OSU; and two younger boys at home.

See what customer's are saying about Larry....

8/24/2009 JARED - I choose Parker Johnstone based a recommendation from a co-worker. My experience lived up to his recommendation and overall I had a good experience with this dealer. We love our new CR-V. I love Parker Johnstone Honda. Especially Hugo and Gene. This is the third car we purchased there and the fifth car we purchased with Hugo. Altogether we have had have seven Hondas.

2/28/2009 KOHNE - This was the best car purchasing experience that I have had! Keep up the excellent work.

12/3/2008 MARTHA - We were treated like we were one of the family.

11/24/2008 JOEL - Larry Skreen was very helpful and the financing guy was very nice to work with. A great, comfortable experience.

Bob Moore, Pre-Owned Manager
bmoore@wilsonvillehonda.com

Bob started his career as in the auto industry right out of college in 1980. He started as a salesperson and has held various management positions since 1984, including Finance Manager, New Car Manager, and General Sales Manager; however most of his focus and true passion for the last 15 years has been pre-owned cars. He has been married for 23 years and has three children: Zach, 20 a sophomore at OSU; Mack, 18 a senior at Westview High School; and Jesse, 15 a 9th grader at ACMA. He is an active member of his church's choir, enjoys playing racquetball, and can often be found attending either a volleyball match or lacrosse game, depending on which child has a game that night. He is also an avid fan of the OSU Beavers, Portland Trail Blazers and Cleveland Browns.
Hugo Moguel, Sales Manager
hmoguel@wilsonvillehonda.com

According to Hugo, he has professional experience in scuba diving. We're pretty sure he's kidding. He is, however, being serious about his love for his wife Shannon and children Savvy and Grace. He wants to learn how to golf, and his other interests include helicopters and spending time with friends and family.
Wendy Barry, Sales Manager
wbarry@wilsonvillehonda.com

Wendy is a woman of mystery, and apparently in the witness protection program, as she would not divulge her background to us at this time. What we do know about Wendy is that she is excellent in customer service relations and having the right new Hondas at our store at the right time. She enjoys her time away from work with her daughters.
Ted Davis, GM
tdavis@wilsonvillehonda.com

Ted received his bachelors degree from Oregon State University and has 12 years of professional experience in the textile industry. He is a bicyclist and triathlete, and also enjoys fishing, camping, spending time with friends and family, and old cars.
Parker Johnstone, Owner
pjohnstone@wilsonvillehonda.com

Importantly, Parker is not a "car dealer." He has a degree in engineering from U.C. Berkeley and spent most of his adult life racing for Honda and Acura. When given the opportunity to start Wilsonville Honda he jumped at the chance. "The worst retail experience my wife and I have ever had was trying to purchase a Honda in the Portland Metro. We were treated so badly that I made a promise to Honda and myself that what happened to us would never be repeated at Wilsonville Honda. I believe we're in the people business. We happen to sell a product. That product happens to be automobiles. Those automobiles (thankfully) are Hondas. If you keep that ordering and perspective, customers are always first." In fact, Parker believes that much like the ordering of this staff list, he sits at the bottom of the organization chart, serving those above him. At the top of the chart are our customers. For more background on Parker, see the other links in "About Us."
